At BarberCo, we stand by the quality of our professional grooming tools and supplies. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all hygiene seals are intact and including all accessories or manuals that came with the product.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
